Acceptance
By using the DentifAI website, requesting a demo, or communicating with DentifAI outside a separate written agreement, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.
Website and demos
The website is provided for general informational and business development purposes. We may change, suspend, or discontinue website content, demo availability, or public materials at any time.
Demo calls, pilot discussions, planning outputs, benchmarks, projections, and examples are not guarantees of future performance. Actual results depend on the customer environment, systems, patient sources, staff adoption, data quality, and workflow execution.
Customer agreements
Paid services, pilots, integrations, data processing, business associate obligations, service levels, support, fees, and security commitments are governed by written agreements signed or accepted by DentifAI and the customer. Those agreements control over these public terms for the contracted services.
Healthcare use
DentifAI supports dental operations and patient growth workflows. DentifAI does not provide dental, medical, clinical, financial, legal, or insurance advice to patients or providers. Dental professionals and customer staff remain responsible for clinical judgment, patient care, treatment recommendations, consent, and compliance obligations.
Do not submit protected health information through public website forms. Patient data should only be provided through approved customer workflows covered by the applicable agreement.
AI and human review
AI-generated content, summaries, classifications, call notes, reminders, recommendations, and workflow prompts may be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before relying on it for patient communication, operational decisions, or reporting.
DentifAI may improve models, prompts, workflows, quality controls, and safeguards over time, subject to customer agreements and applicable law.
Communications
DentifAI workflows may support phone, SMS, email, web, or other patient communications when configured by a customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the permissions, consents, notices, opt-out handling, and policies required for their campaigns and patient communication programs.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or DentifAI materials to:
- Violate law, infringe rights, or submit misleading, harmful, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to DentifAI systems, accounts, data, or infrastructure.
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse DentifAI content, designs, workflows, or product materials.
- Interfere with website security, availability, performance, or integrity.
- Submit patient information through public forms or channels not approved for that purpose.
Intellectual property
DentifAI owns or licenses the website, brand, logos, copy, designs, software, workflows, documentation, and other materials made available by DentifAI. No rights are granted except the limited right to view public website materials for your internal business evaluation.
Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by DentifAI without restriction or compensation, unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Disclaimers and liability
The website and public materials are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, DentifAI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DentifAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from public website use or non-contractual interactions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, disputes related to these public terms will be handled in state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
